Yes. NADRA, Machine Readable Passport (MRP) and Attestation/Legalisation services are by appointment only. Book at phclondon2.org/appointments. Walk-in applicants cannot be served for these services.
New Smart NICOP is £51.50 (Normal, 06–08 weeks), £64.50 (Urgent, 04–05 weeks) and £79.50 (Executive, 2 weeks).
Bring your immigration status (first page) and UK Share Code. You do not need forms or photographs — these are captured at your appointment.
Visa applications are made online via the NADRA portal at visa.nadra.gov.pk. Indian nationals should use the dedicated forms on the Visa for Indian Nationals page.
There are three options: the Punjab Police Global Portal, the authority-letter route, or a direct application attested by the Attestation Department. Processing takes 3–5 months.
The ETD allows Pakistani nationals to return to Pakistan urgently when a passport is unavailable. The fee is £7 and no appointment is required.
Applications: Monday–Thursday 0900–1400 and Friday 0900–1300. The call centre operates Monday–Friday 09:30–17:30.
